An Officer will aim to contact you to arrange an appointment within 3 working days of your request being received
There must be someone present at the property when our Officer Calls
If the Officer calls at the arranged date and time and someone isn't present the charge will still apply
If a rat treatment has been requested, rat poison must not have been administered within the last 14 days
If the treatment is for mice or rats we will not return to dispose of the rodent
