Parks and open spaces maintenance

All playgrounds throughout the County Borough are inspected by our R.P.I.I qualified Inspector fortnightly. We have a playground fitter who carries out maintenance on a daily basis as directed by the playground Inspector.

All Borough playgrounds undergo an independent annual inspection by consultants and recommendations are made to the Authority on all play related matters.

All Borough playgrounds are cleansed by the street cleansing crews during their weekly/daily cleansing operations.
