Apply for Planning Permission

We encourage applications to be submitted online via the Planning Application Wales Portal. This service allows applicants and developers to complete an electronic application form and submit plans and documentation electronically to the local planning authority.

Alternatively, you can print an application form from portal and send it to us in the post along with your supporting documents.

The planning application fees can be paid online using the following link below

So what is required to accompany your application?

Detailed guidance on the mandatory information that is required to be submitted with your application can be viewed on the Welsh Government website.

Where planning permission is granted, conditions may be necessary.  This would require a further application to be submitted to discharge such conditions which may delay works commencing on site.  You are therefore encouraged to ensure that your initial submission incorporates as much information as possible (for example materials, drainage details, boundary treatments, ecology mitigation, landscaping scheme, construction management plan, travel plan etc).

Please note application fees will be increased from 24.08.2020.  Please see link provided below.
